How to do Salmon italian canapes

Bake wholemeal bread slices for 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix cheese spread (I used Crema de Piave by Caseificio Tomasoni) with truffle slivers. Spread this cream on bread and cover with smoked salmon.
Heat it up in a frying pan with some oil, with the lid.
Serve as finger food appetizer.

Some tips

  • Other options for the cream: cheese spread with black olives or just spiced cheese spread.
  • You don’t have any fresh bread? Use packed rye bread
