Original american cookies recipe

AMERICAN COOKIES, the original recipe 

 

Ingredients for 50 biscuits

Egg: 1

White sugar: 125g

Cane sugar: 125g

Butter: 100g

Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

Flour: 250g

Vanilla flavouring

Salt: 1 pinch

Plain chocolate: 150g

How to do it

1)      Beat the egg with melted butter. Add sugar using electric whisk.

2)      Add sieved flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt, vanilla flavouring and chopped chocolate.

3)      Mould the dough into little balls. Bake for 10-15 minutes, 170° C.

4)      Do not touch them until they cool down: they’re very fragile!
