How to do italian Stuffed potatoes
- Boil the potatoes in plenty salted water (you don’t need to peel them if they’re well washed). Strain and cut them like in the picture.
- Fill the cuts with bacon, some cheese slices and rosemary. Put them on a baking-tin, spread some oil, salt and add parmesan.
- End cooking in the oven for 10-15 minutes, 180°C. if they turn too dry, cover with baking foil.
Some tips for italian Stuffed potatoes
This is my favourite filling, but you can choose zucchini and provola or Tyrol smoked ham as well. Give free rein to your imagination!
