ITALIAN ORECCHIETTE PASTA WITH ZUCCHINI
Ingredients for 4 portions
Orecchiette pasta: 320g
Extra-virgin olive oil
Garlic: 2 cloves
Zucchini: 3
Shrimp: 140g
Curry
How to do it
Brown garlic with oil, then add washed and finely cut zucchini. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Boil the orecchiette pasta. Finally, put it into the zucchini pan together with shrimps. Sauté with some curry and, if you like, soy sauce. Arrange it on a plate and serve.
Some tips
Use a big grater to cut the zucchini at top speed.
You can add some tomato dices just before the shrimps. If you’re even greedier, enrich the dish with some cream too!
