The LOIN OF PORK WITH MILK – italian recipe it’s a perfect recipe if you’re looking for a light and tasty second course. Meat goes well with this creamy sauce, which makes it very tender. First try and then trust!
Loin of pork: 1kg
Milk: nearly 1l
How to do it
Brown the onion with oil, then put the whole meat in the same pan. Turn it over often. When it colours, add salt, pepper, sage and rosemary. Start pouring milk, a little at a time during all the cooking. Cook for nearly 70 minutes on a low flame. Take the meat off and slice it. Purée the sauce and swarm with it to serve the dish.
You can replace milk with cream to create a wonderful, but not so light dish.
I use to serve LOIN OF PORK WITH MILK – italian recipe together with some boiled rice with butter. Delicious!
